Changes to the certification process for NatHERS energy reports have been implemented mid 2014 and now cost an additional $20 to be issued. This fee is payed to CSIRO for managing the energy rating software. The $20 will also apply for re-issuing of  a certificate.  For more information see CSIRO’s webpage regarding these changes or give us a call.
